A graduate of the Jagiellonian University (LL.M.), the University of Economics in Katowice (PhD, M.Sc.) and the Silesian University of Technology (B.Sc./Eng./) in Poland, as well as VIA University College in Denmark (Bachelor). Scholarship holder of i.a. Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Poland and German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

Completed bar training at the Regional Bar Association in Katowice and passed the bar exam. Entered on the list of attorneys-at-law under the number KT 4032.

Gained her professional experience at the European Commission, at one of the Big4 consulting companies, as well as in the course of providing legal services for business entities in a law firm and as an in‑house lawyer.

She concentrates her practice on business law, with particular emphasis on:

corporate law,
new technologies' law,
EU regulations regarding sustainability, supply chain, non-financial reporting.

She provides legal advice.
She drafts, reviews and negotiates contracts.
She provides general legal services for business entities.
She represents clients before courts and administrative bodies.
